Application Process

As a dual degree student, you will have to apply to both institutes of your choice. The regular procedures and requirements at each of the institutes will apply. There is no separate admission, nor additional requirements, for dual degree prospective students. This means that you will have to be admitted at both schools in order to be eligible to start the dual degree.

Once you have submitted your applications, and once you have been admitted to both schools of your choice, send an email to dualdegree@rasl.nu so we can follow up on your application and registration process between institutions.

Make sure you include the following information on your email:
– Full name
– Student number
– Programmes to which you applied

Deadlines

Please note that each institute has separate deadlines for admissions or auditions. 

Codarts:
1 February 2024

WdKA:
1 March 2024 (Non-EU)
1 May 2024 (EU) (non applicable for Fine Art)

Erasmus University College:
15 January 2024 – regular application deadline
1 May 2024- late application deadline

International Bachelor Art & Culture Studies:
1 April 2024 (Non-EU)
1 May 2024 (EU) (non applicable for Fine Art)

Admission requirements

In order for you to become a Dual Degree student, you must be accepted at both programmes. Keep in mind that each institute has its own specific admission requirements. WdKA has a specific admissions exam for which you must create a portfolio and 2 home assignments; Codarts asks prospective students to send music recordings and an online portfolio and has a second round with auditions; EUC and IBACS have additional requirements for secondary school diplomas.
